While Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe will be the caption lodestones for the biggest match in world football, rumours surfaced suggesting that France’s attacking amulet, Benzema, could be in line for a shock return.

Deschamps revealed after in the semi-final that a number of ill players have had to be insulated from the rest of his team ahead of Sunday’s blockbuster clash with Argentina.
