We’re looking to give our 100 per cent and backing our gameplan and strengths,” said Rahane in a pre-match press conference.

Rahane also expressed happiness for youthful Mumbai batter Yashasvi Jaiswal, who has been called up for the public side for this series and could make his transnational debut.

“I’m so happy for Jaiswal, he has worked so hard, scored runs for Mumbai in domestic justice and the IPL. He’s an instigative gift and the way he’s fur is nice. My communication to him is that he expresses himself while fur, plays with freedom and doesn’t suppose much about the fact that he’s playing transnational justice,” he said.

Jaiswal finished as the fifth-loftiest run arranger in IPL 2023, scoring 625 runs in 15 matches at an normal of48.07, with one century and five fifties. In his 15 first- class justice appearances, he has scored 1,845 runs at an normal of 80.21, with nine centuries and two fifties.

“I’m used to this part. I was vice-captain for 4- 5 times. I’m really happy to be back in the platoon, really happy to be back as vice-captain. I’m still youthful, still a lot of justice left in me. My IPL was good, so was my domestic justice season. presently, I’m really enjoying my justice. I don’t want to suppose much about future. Now, every match is important, be it for me or from the platoon’s point of view. I’m fastening on that,” he said. Know More Latest Cricket News…
