BCCI Announces India ‘A’ Squad For Emerging Women’s Asia Cup 2023

The Indian team, slotted in Group A, will begin its campaign on June 13, when it faces Hong Kong at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India( BCCI) on Friday blazoned the India ‘ A ’ team for the forthcoming ACC Arising Women’s Asia Cup 2023, starting in Hong Kong on June 12.

The Indian platoon, slotted in Group A, will begin its crusade on June 13, when it faces Hong Kong at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.

The event will feature eight brigades divided into two Groups – Group A and Group B.

Besides India and Hong, Group A also features Thailand ‘ A ’ and Pakistan ‘ A ’ while Bangladesh ‘ A ’, Sri Lanka ‘ A ’, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates are slotted in GroupB.

Traipsing each- rounder Shweta Sehrawat will lead a 14- member Indian A team in the forthcoming ACC Arising Women’s Asia Cup beginning in Hong Kong on June 12. India A will begin their crusade on June 13 against hosts Hong Kong at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.

“The All India Women’s Selection Committee on Friday blazoned the India A (Emerging) team for the forthcoming ACC Arising Women’s Asia Cup 2023,” BCCI said in a release. The event will feature eight brigades which are divided into two groups.

India A (Emerging) is a part of Group A which also features hosts Hong Kong, Thailand A and Pakistan A, while Bangladesh A, Sri Lanka A, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates are in Group B. The final will be played on June 21. Know More Women’s Cricket News…
